Facilities Operations & Admin Coordinator

Pinewood Group Limited is seeking a coordinated Facilities Services coordinator to support day-to-day operations at Pinewood Studios. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will raise purchase orders, manage supplier invoices, and track departmental expenditure to keep the team efficient.

You will handle timesheet checks, use the CAFM system to communicate progress, field calls, and help coordinate plant and vehicle availability.
