Youth Mental Health Support Nurse – Community Role

Hywel Dda University Health Board is advertising a post within the GP Youth Project in South Pembrokeshire. The role involves triage, assessment, signposting and brief intervention for children and young people identified by GPs as needing support, with nursing care in community settings under supervision.
