This position is ideal for a seasoned equine professional looking to take their career to the next level in an elite, high-performance environment, working with top-tier racehorses while playing a key role in mentoring and developing the next generation of equine veterinarians.
Specialist qualifications are not essential — strong performance horse and racehorse experience is key.
The Role
- Senior clinical and leadership position within a high-profile equine setting

- Mentoring, coaching, and supporting junior and developing veterinarians

- Contributing to clinical standards, best practice, and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
- Extensive experience in performance horse / racehorse medicine
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Previous experience in a senior, supervisory, or team-leading role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Eligibility (or ability to obtain eligibility) for veterinary registration in Hong Kong
