Subway Station Service Delivery Officer

Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is seeking a Service Delivery Officer (Stations) to support the management of 15 subway stations, ensuring safety, security and smooth operations. The role involves supervising contractors and SPT staff to maintain a high standard of service for subway customers.

Based at Govan, you will work full-time (average 39 hours/week) on an early/late shift pattern, with a requirement to cover all subway stations as needed.
