Remote BESS Design Lead

Inspired, a market-leading provider of energy and sustainability solutions in the UK, is seeking a Battery Design Manager to join the Optimisation team. This home-based role involves leading technical design, feasibility, and commercial optimisation for Behind the Meter BESS projects across retail, industrial, and commercial sites with occasional travel to offices.

You will model IRR/NPV, develop PPA pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
