Weekend Facilities Lead – Hospital Soft FM & Safety

Sodexo is seeking a Weekend Duty Manager to oversee our hospital Soft FM services, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors. You will lead weekend operations, coordinate resources, address issues promptly, and ensure service delivery aligns with Trust policies and Sodexo standards.

The role focuses on developing the weekend workforce, managing contractors and agency staff, and driving continuous service improvements across the site.
