Salary – £10,000 – £10,500 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive school in Shropshire for an enthusiastic Apprentice Teaching Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience while completing a nationally recognised Teaching Assistant apprenticeship. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, helping pupils to thrive both academically and personally.
The Role
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups.
- Encourage children’s learning, confidence and wellbeing.
- Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop your skills while working towards your Teaching Assistant qualification.

Previous experience isn’t essential; your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most. Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
