Autism Care Assistant — Creative, Person-Centred Support

Middlesbrough Council is seeking a Care Assistant within the Adult Social Care & Health service to provide direct care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities, delivering person-centred, creative activities that enhance lives.

You will work with individuals, families and professionals to promote independence and inclusion, with a focus on clear communication and safeguarding. Knowledge of PBS principles is desirable and essential teamwork is valued.
