We’re looking for individuals to join our Hospital at Home and frailty service, with vacancies across Eastleigh and Lymington. This is a fast paced role, where you’ll be delivering outstanding care in patients’ homes. No two days are the same; from performing basic health observations and supporting rehabilitation, to helping patients with personal care, mobility support and emotional wellbeing, you’ll be helping individuals to live as independently as possible.
We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff feel valued, supported and encouraged to develop their skills. As well as our Support Worker induction, you can expect continual opportunities to learn and grow, as you work within our wider multi-disciplinary teams.
The service operates 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, and you can expect a range of shift patterns, including up to two weekends per month. Please mention your preferred location in your application. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
