Responsibilities

• Proven experience managing large‑scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion Financials
• Experience delivering Finance Transformation programs within financial services or fintech/software environments
• Strong background working with Finance stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, FP&A, Accounting)
• Experience managing systems integrators and cross‑functional delivery teams
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting capabilities
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive fast decisions in complex environments
• Ability to create and visualize presentations and results on an executive‑summary level

Preferred Oracle Fusion Experience

• Strong understanding of finance processes and controls
• Experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Reporting
• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, testing cycles, and cutover planning
