Job Description

• Serve as the face of Novotel Edinburgh Centre, welcoming guests during the night and ensuring their wellbeing.
• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
• Operate autonomously and continuously improve the quality of the hotel’s services.
• Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure safety and care for all guests.
• Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
• Ensure all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
• Handle all calls promptly and professionally.
• Document all internal and guest messages accurately.
• Promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
• Attend to other duties as requested by management and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong customer service skills.
