Overall purpose of therole:
The role holder will supportthe Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model pan Barclaysand will be allocated projects across theentities.
The role holderwill be required to drive and support allocated change programmes.
Support and drive the HRworkstream for change programmes such as restructuring, LEEtransfers, outsourcing, in sourcing, new site set up, pan entityand across our global locations leveraging in country HRBP, ER andother specialist HR functions as required.

Strong/numerousexamples of Workforce Change / Restructuring (must be shownthroughout your CV)
Experience inhandling/liaising with/managing Unions & Union representativesor conducting WFC in a heavily unionisedenvironments
Experience ofleading Union/works councilconsultations
Employee/WorkforceConsultations and/or Redundanciesexperience
Experienceworking on Tupeprojects/programmes
Experienceof leading large scale/multiple changeprogrammes
Experience ofdelivering change programmes outside the UK
A good understanding ofcurrent employmentlegislation
Projectmanagement, change management and stakeholder managementskills
Experience of workingin a highly matrixed organisation
Solid appreciation of theimportance of recognising cultural and geographicsensitivities
Excellentanalytical and data skills; be confident around data
Excel to an intermediatelevel, and so experienced in merging sheets, data management, pivottables, vlookups, and handling large amounts of data in Excel, andpreferably able to use formulas to do quality checking ofdata
