GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking a Senior Employee Central HR Analyst to lead UKI and EU SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, from discovery through deployment and adoption. You will configure Foundation Objects, MDF and business rules, and drive data migration with global HR standards.
The role offers 40 hours a week, full-time contract, with hybrid working from our Northampton Head Office and travel within the EU.
