Paying: Up to £13.97

Hours of work: 08:00-16:45 Mon to Thurs & 08:00 – 12:00 Friday. Overtime available at an enhanced rate.

The role is based in Wellingborough and is commutable from Northampton, Rushden and surrounding areas.

Role: Wiring Loom Assembler / Electrical Assembler

• Assemble wiring looms and cable harnesses to technical drawings and specifications.
• Cut, strip, crimp, solder and terminate cables to a high standard.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Conduct continuity testing and basic electrical testing to ensure functionality.
• Identify and report any faults or non-conformances.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards.

Minimum Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in wiring loom or cable harness assembly.
• Good understanding of electrical principles and components.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience using hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment.
• Good attention to detail and quality‑focused approach.
• Strong communication skills.
