Personal Assistant to The Chairman

Location: WolverhamptonSalary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annumHours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8-hour day shifts)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Director and help ensure the smooth running of daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional individual with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, maintaining confidential information, and providing high-quality administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft documents, contracts, correspondence, and reports
  • Organise, maintain, and update company files and documentation
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information as required
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and telephone calls
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Director
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist with office administration and support wider business operations when required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
  • Professional and confident manner with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures would be advantageous but is not essential
