Senior Arch Technologist: Hospitality & Restaurant Fit-Outs

The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to work on hospitality and restaurant refurbishment projects in Greater London. This permanent role requires an experienced professional with expertise in AutoCAD and UK Building Regulations.

You will be responsible for producing construction-ready drawings, coordinating with contractors, and supporting multiple projects throughout the year. The position offers a salary range of £61,000 – £65,000 per annum.
