Robinwood Activity Centres in Cumbria is seeking a Group Leader for a 3-day residential programme, guiding a group of Key Stage 2 children through a range of activities. This role offers a fixed, year-round contract with a competitive Living Wage and structured training.
You will build confidence in 7–11-year-olds, foster teamwork and deliver sessions with energy and storytelling. The position starts early 2027 with shift meals provided and progression opportunities.
