Electro Assemblers, High Wycombe, to £35,000 with paid breaks

Our client, a leading manufacturer based in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit skilled electro assemblers for immediate starts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy production team with a leading global company experiencing great growth.

We are recruiting a number of positions to join the production team within assembling, testing and inspecting.

Full time and part time positions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical principles, experience in component assembly, hand tools, soldering, measuring.
• Perform assembly and calibration.
• Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and systems according to work instructions.
• Interpret engineering specifications and drawings.
• Testing and inspection of finished assemblies.
• Adhere to all company and regulatory health & safety requirements, including relevant ISO standards.
• Experience of at least one year in electro‑mechanical assembly.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Experience with assembly.
