Senior Monitoring Surveyor – Remote / NW & Yorkshire

EC Property Recruitment is seeking a Monitoring Surveyor to join their growing consultancy in the North of England. The role offers both autonomy and the opportunity for progression while managing a varied portfolio of lender-funded developments. With values ranging from £500k to £50m, the candidate will enjoy a mix of home working and site visits.

The ideal applicant will have solid construction knowledge, ideally be MRICS or working towards it, and possess strong report writing and communication skills. The salary is between £55,000 and £65,000 with bonuses based on performance.
