London: Head of AI Engineering & Strategy

Marks & Spencer is seeking a visionary Head of AI Engineering in London to own the enterprise AI engineering capability within the Data & AI function. You will set the technical direction, build core AI foundations, and enable scalable access to AI services across technology teams.

You will lead the design, build, scaling, and operational excellence of AI systems underpinning intelligent automation and data-driven decision making, ensuring alignment with security and data standards.
