Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Consultant to join our Skipton & Settle Branches. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a warm welcome both in-branch and over the phone.

You’ll listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored information about our savings range, products and services. The role supports customers face-to-face, virtually, and via outbound calls, with a strong focus on service and compliance.
