We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across North Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract role on a portfolio of civil engineering schemes, working within an established delivery team on projects involving highways, drainage, infrastructure and environmental works.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Leading site teams and subcontractors
• Planning and coordinating works programmes
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and commercial teams
• Managing quality, HSEQ and project documentation
• Supporting project reporting and progress meetings

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts
• Experience delivering infrastructure, highways, drainage or environmental projects
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
