Mental Health Support Worker – Dementia & Community Care

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board North Wales is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to deliver frontline care to adults with dementia or depression, under supervision of a Clinician. You will support daily living activities and wellbeing, helping people stay independent in both hospital and community settings.

The role emphasises teamwork within the MDT, good communication with patients and relatives, and a commitment to compassionate care.
