Grounds & Winter Services Operative

Mitie is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces tidy and safe across regional sites in Milton Keynes and Bedford. You will perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, border care and litter removal, while meeting service standards.

The role involves operating hand tools and powered machinery, winter gritting and snow clearance, and reporting hazards. A full UK driving licence is preferred for site duties.
