Trauma‑Informed Outreach Advocate for Homelessness

Depaul UK is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to engage adults experiencing homelessness through street outreach, including early mornings, building trust and providing holistic support across housing, health and finances.

You will create SMART plans, maintain accurate records in In Form, and collaborate with partners to deliver joined-up, trauma-informed services while upholding safeguarding and equality commitments.
