You will be the primary advocate for data integrity, helping our business bridge the gap between complex information and actionable value. Beyond traditional governance, you will also take the lead on our AI initiatives, ensuring we scale our machine learning capabilities ethically and safely.
What You Will Tackle
- Strategic Foundation: Designing and implementing an end-to-end governance framework that aligns with our specific organisational goals.
- Driving Quality: Championing data stewardship, defining critical data elements, and fostering a culture of accountability across all departments.
- Tech Ecosystem: Taking ownership of our data tooling—including catalogues and lineage maps—to ensure our business data is discoverable and reliable.
- AI & Ethics: Developing robust frameworks to manage algorithmic transparency and bias, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive leader who can translate technical complexity into clear business value.
- Proven Track Record: You have successfully built and scaled data governance or quality frameworks in previous roles.
- Market Insight: You bring experience within the Lloyd’s market, meaning you understand the nuances of our regulatory landscape and unique data challenges.
- Future-Focused: You have hands‑on experience or a strong theoretical grasp of AI Governance, particularly the risks involved with LLMs.
- Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and ideally possess professional certifications like CDMP, CIPP/E, or DCAM.
