2nd Line IT Support Analyst – Law Firm (Hybrid, London)

DGH Recruitment is seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst in London with hybrid working arrangements. The role requires at least 2 years in IT service/support within a law firm and strong knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office, and legal applications such as iManage and Intapp.

You will provide 2nd line support, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and assist with conferencing and mobility management. Occasional travel to other offices and on-call rotations are included.
