Production Operator – Two-Shift, Food Manufacturing & Growth

Kepak Kirkham is recruiting for production roles in the assembly area. The position follows a two-shift rotation (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) with pay starting at £13.13 per hour. Overtime is paid at time and a half and Sundays at double rate.

Training will be provided; prior food production experience is an advantage, and safety is a core priority. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced setting, maintain high hygiene standards, and report issues promptly to ensure quality and efficiency
