Youth Mentor: One-to-One Support for Independent Living

Niyaa People Ltd is recruiting for a Youth Mentor to support young people aged 16-25 in Dudley. This fulfilling position involves one-to-one support to help young people build independence and manage tenancy responsibilities.

As a Youth Mentor, you will create support plans focusing on education, employment, and life skills, while ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing. The role offers 36 hours per week on a temporary contract with the possibility of extension, at an hourly rate of £18.
