Quality Assurance & Practice Lead – Children’s Social Care

Walsall Council is recruiting an experienced Quality Assurance & Practice Improvement Lead on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. The role leads QA for children’s social care, using evidence and audits to drive improvements and learning, while supporting safeguarding and the LADO service to ensure compliant, child‑focused practice.

The post requires substantial post‑qualifying experience in children’s social care, with a commitment to equity and outcome improvement for children and families.
