Global Asset Management Firm Tiger has partnered with a hugely impressive asset management firm who are seeking a contract Corporate Receptionist to join them! This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, poised, client‑services orientated individual with 1+ year of Reception/Admin experience who is looking to join a well‑established and reputable firm. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering a seamless, high‑quality front‑of‑house experience and who wants to contribute positively to a collaborative office culture.
The role is an ASAP start temp‑to‑perm position, paying £17‑20ph DOE or £35‑40k on the permanent side, based 5 days/week in Marylebone.
What You’ll Do
- Managing the front desk and greeting all guests and visitors
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and guest logistics
- Handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Supporting internal events and office operations
- Providing backup support to the Office Manager
Who You Are
- 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Professional, personable, and highly organised
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is a plus
