About the Role
We are looking for people with great life skills to support autistic adults in Cranleigh. You’ll help them learn new skills, get out into the local community, and live independently.
What You Bring
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Comfort with helping with personal care (dressing/toileting)
- A calm head when handling challenging behaviours
- A clean background check (Enhanced DBS required)
