Performance Strategy & Analytics Manager

Freshfields is seeking a Performance Manager to support the Global Performance and Reward team in designing, developing and delivering performance initiatives. You will collaborate with People Experience, L&D, HRIS and HRBPs to ensure timely, high-quality execution and continuous improvement of firmwide performance practices.

The role focuses on designing performance processes, communicating guidance, leveraging data and technology, and driving behavioural change across the organisation.
