Outlet Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven Outlet Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of Coleman’s, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the standards of Wyndham Singapore.
• Maintain exceptional service quality and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, manpower planning, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel operating standards.
• Manage inventory, beverage control, stock ordering, and cost management.
• Work closely with the Culinary, Bar, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams to execute promotions, special events, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or upscale dining environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including wines, spirits, and cocktails, is an advantage.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
