Residential Support Worker – Driving Required, Flexible Shifts

Potens Group is looking for a Female Senior Support Worker to join our team in Barry. This role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs while promoting their well-being. You’ll work closely with our service manager and ensure a high level of support.

Requirements include experience, a Level 3 NVQ or willingness to attain one, and a valid driving license due to service requirements. The role offers 35 hours per week at £14.10 per hour, along with various employee benefits.
