My client, a well-established charity supporting vulnerable young people, is recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a residential community in Newark and Worksop. The role will involve supporting children and young people aged 5‑18 who have experienced significant childhood trauma such as exploitation, neglect, domestic abuse, and violence. You will provide stability, guidance, and support, helping them process their experiences and develop a more positive outlook for the future.

Responsibilities
- Work long shifts, including occasional 24‑hour shifts.
- Remain beyond scheduled shift times when necessary to ensure safe handovers and support young people’s routines.
- Provide stability, guidance, and support to a residential community of children and young people.
- Help young people process traumatic experiences and develop a more positive outlook.
