About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND in Nursery and Reception
- Support children with Autism, speech and language delays, and communication needs
- Deliver engaging activities that encourage language development, social interaction and early learning
- Work alongside teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to implement personalised support strategies
- Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence and positive relationships with their peers
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism and speech and language needs (desirable but not essential)
- Has a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Is patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting young children
- Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential

- Pay: £92.63–£97.00 per day
