Are you a resilient, empathetic, and proactive educator who excels at breaking down barriers to learning? GAC Education is urgently seeking a dedicated SEN TA / Behaviour Support Worker to join our team, supporting mainstream and specialized schools across the Wirral.
The Opportunity
In this rewarding role, you will be making a profound difference every single day. - Skills: Strong de-escalation skills, high emotional intelligence, and a calm, patient demeanor under pressure.
- Training: Team Teach, MAPA, or equivalent positive handling training is highly desirable, though not essential.
- Compliance: An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one with us).
