Job Description:
Rethink Mental Illness in Salisbury is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our 24-hour care team. This full-time role includes working a rolling 4-week rota with weekends, evenings and sleep-in shifts, to help adults living with mental illness live independently with dignity.
You will provide 1:1 support, assess needs, plan safety, liaise with health and housing partners, and record outcomes in our information system.
