Engineering Manager – Payments Platform (BACS & CHAPS)

ClearBank is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Payments team to lead multiple engineering squads responsible for UK payment systems including BACS, CHAPS and SWIFT.

You will own delivery, reliability and security, coach engineers, partner with Product, Risk and Operations, and foster a high‑trust, high‑performance culture while driving observable, scalable production services.
