Job Description:
JD Sports is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading a team and upholding the premium JD standard on the shop floor. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to motivate your team, deliver strong results, and uphold high standards.
In this role you’ll lead shifts, coach and develop staff, interpret KPI data to optimize performance, maintain presentation, stock, and customer service, and escalate issues when needed.
