Children’s Social Worker – Hybrid Role with Growth

Community Care Live is seeking a Social Worker to join the Children Duty and Assessment Team. You will handle referrals and complete initial assessments to determine the level of need, directing families to Early Help, Child in Need, Child Protection, or Looked After Children services.

To be considered, you must have a recognised Social Work qualification and a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience with ASYE completed; a full UK driver’s license is essential.
