Staff Counsellor & Wellness Support Advisor

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is recruiting a qualified counsellor to support NHS staff within the Health at Work Service. The role involves confidential one-to-one counselling, working autonomously within an interdisciplinary team, and delivering stress resilience training.

You will use established counselling interventions within a quality framework, value diverse needs, and provide short-term in-person counselling to staff as part of a small team.
