Customer Service Administrator – Liverpool City Centre

The rewards

  • £25,000 basic per annum
  • £4,000–£5,000 annual bonus
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends

Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

The role of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Providing administrative support to Senior Account Managers for smooth day-to-day account management
  • Acting as key point of contact for customer queries
  • Processing and managing client information accurately
  • Handling inbound customer communications
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

The ideal Customer Service Administrator:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with professional telephone manner
  • Proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
