- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
The role of Customer Service Administrator:
- Providing administrative support to Senior Account Managers for smooth day-to-day account management
- Acting as key point of contact for customer queries
- Processing and managing client information accurately
- Handling inbound customer communications
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
The ideal Customer Service Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with professional telephone manner
- Proactive and team-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
