Veterinary Client Care Specialist

Medivet Group in Greenwich is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them on arrival and updating records. You will manage the practice diary and assist with booking, triage emergencies, and handle phone calls and messages.

A key part of the role is supporting our veterinary team and ensuring excellent client experience. You will work as part of a friendly, patient-centered team with weekend shifts and a flexible approach.
