The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Senior Aerodynamic Engineer to lead brake cooling and thermal management development for F1 level performance. You will own duct geometries, CFD, wind tunnel correlation, and on-track validation with cross-functional teams.
Lead aero strategy for brake cooling, mentor junior engineers, and support race operations with data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and driving for excellence are essential.
