Job Description
The Production Technician role is responsible for all technical and processing activities including running machinery, equipment maintenance and fault finding. The working hours are 11pm-11am and the shift is accompanied by an impressive 37% shift premium on top of your basic salary.

Responsibilities
- Cover breaks, operate production machinery, assemble product and pallet release duties.
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery.
- Attend to electro‑mechanical faults, diagnose and repair.
- Ensure all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards.
- Monitor in‑process quality, addressing issues as needed to prevent product holds.
- Minimise downtime within planned costs for repair and spares.
Qualifications
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g.: C&G, HND) or a time‑served apprenticeship.
- Experience in a high‑volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Experience in maintenance and fault finding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player passionate about healthcare.
