Property Licensing & Compliance Coordinator

Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, invites applications for a Licensing Team Coordinator at our Head Office in Horsforth. You will ensure our property portfolio complies with licensing, health and safety, and fire safety regulations, acting as the link between landlords, tenants, contractors and local authorities.
