Child & Family Social Worker — Flexible & Impactful Role

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to manage a caseload and ensure children and families’ voices are heard. You will work with families using the Family Support and Safeguarding Workbook modules, applying a strengths-based approach to outcomes.

You will prepare reports for care proceedings, conduct assessments, and liaise with partner agencies while travelling across a wide area on short notice.
