Support Analyst
Salary: £28,608 – £32,089 per annum

About The Role
- Provide second line technical support for enterprise level applications fundamental to the student journey at NTU.
- Work within the Application Specialist team, assigned to a specific product portfolio while supporting applications across the team’s portfolios; excellent communication skills are essential.
- Collaborate with specialists, business users, developers, DBAs and software suppliers; stay updated on new features and support the use of systems around key life‑cycle activities.
- Investigate and diagnose issues, find and implement solutions in a timely, professional manner; involved in upgrades, continuous improvement, and advising the user community.
- Portfolio focus:
- Virtual learning environment ecosystem
- Timetabling and student engagement applications
- Student records systems for Higher and Further Education
- Proactive, good all‑round technical knowledge and a strong interest in delivering outstanding customer service.
This is not a remote working role. Expect to work at least 60% of your time per week on campus in Nottingham, UK.
